Our Story

At Privat Canadian Nursing Consulting Company, our journey began from a deep-seated passion for nursing and a keen understanding of its challenges. As a seasoned Nurse Educator, our founder, Maria Cristina Privat, witnessed firsthand the growing gap between traditional nursing education and the complex demands of modern healthcare.

Students were leaving classrooms with a strong theoretical foundation but often lacked the critical judgment and practical readiness needed in today's fast-paced clinical settings. This gap not only created anxiety for new graduates but also posed risks to patient care and contributed to the national nurse shortage.

This direct experience fueled our mission to create a truly innovative solution. We realized that to prepare the next generation of nurses, we needed to go beyond conventional methods.
